SMS messaging program terms

The MeshTC race-updates messaging program sends event-logistics text messages (such as load-in schedules, parking information, and check-in reminders) to registered participants of our events, including the Prairie on Fire Backyard Ultra.

• Opt-in: You consent to receive messages by providing your mobile number during event registration.
• Message frequency varies; expect more messages in the weeks surrounding an event (typically fewer than 10 per month).
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact tj@meshtc.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Event participation

Event registration, entry terms, refund policies, and participant waivers are administered through our registration provider at the time of sign-up. Participants must comply with event rules published at meshtc.com/prairie-on-fire and communicated through official event channels, including runner pages at prairieonfire.com.

Website use

Content on prairieonfire.com and meshtc.com — including race information, schedules, and participant tools — is provided for event participants and spectators. Personal runner links are intended for the individual participant; do not access another participant's page without authorization.
